Assistant Professor at the Department of Microeconomics and Applied Economics at UMCS and analyst at the Institute of Central Europe. She researches innovation and the impact of artificial intelligence on the economy. An enthusiast and advocate of innovative teaching methods. She runs her own workshops on creative design and on the creative use of AI tools for public institutions, companies and academic staff.

Assistant Professor at the Department of Investment and Financial Markets at the Poznań University of Economics and Business and trainer at SENSE consulting. He researches entrepreneurship, innovation and future skills. He teaches university courses and runs workshops on creative problem solving, entrepreneurship and innovation design for students, academic staff and business.

Our portfolio includes workshops for academic staff and students as well as for companies and public institutions. We tailor each one to the group and its challenges.

Innovation designWe guide teams through the whole process: from understanding users’ needs, through generating ideas, to prototyping and testing solutions.
Artificial intelligenceWe show how to bring AI tools into teamwork, research and teaching creatively and responsibly, using examples from participants’ everyday practice.
Universal designWe help design classes and materials accessible to diverse learners, in line with the principles of universal design for learning.
