On this page we explain what happens to the data you leave with us in the “Shall we stay in touch?” form, and how support through the coffee button works.

Who is the data controller?

The data controller is the Design Thinking Lab (Laboratorium Design Thinking), run by Dr Marlena Gołębiowska. Contact for data matters: marlena.golebiowska@umcs.pl.

What data do we collect and why?

We collect the name and e-mail address that you leave voluntarily. We use them only to inform you about new materials and workshops of the Design Thinking Lab. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How long do we keep the data?

We keep the data until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw it at any time: simply write to the address given above or click the unsubscribe link in a message from us. Withdrawing consent leaves unaffected anything we did earlier on its basis.

How does your support reach us?

Payments for “coffee” are handled by Ko-fi (Ko-fi Labs Limited). Data provided during payment is processed by that service under its own rules, described in its privacy policy.
